This User Agreement supplements our Terms and Conditions and sets out the specific rules for using the Steam accounts and desktop client launcher provided through Ghost Games. By using the launcher or signing in to a shared account, you agree to this Agreement in addition to the Terms.
What Ghost Games provides is access to Steam accounts we own and manage, used to run games through our desktop client. You do not acquire ownership of any Steam account, game license, or associated content; access is conditioned on your Ghost Pass remaining active or, for individual purchases, on your account remaining in good standing under these Terms.
Each shared Steam account allows one active sign-in on the desktop client at a time. If you sign in while another session is active, the earlier session will be signed out. Attempting to bypass this restriction — for example through multiple simultaneous devices, virtual machines, or third-party tools — is a violation of this Agreement and may result in suspension.
You may not use cheats, trainers, or unauthorized modifications; attempt to extract, reset, or share the Steam account credentials the launcher grants you access to; resell or lend your Ghost Games access to anyone else; or engage in any activity that violates Steam's terms of service or the terms of the publisher of the specific game you are playing. Ghost Games is not responsible for penalties Steam or a publisher applies directly to your Ghost Games account as a result of conduct prohibited by this section.
The desktop client runs automated checks intended to detect tampering, cheating, or unauthorized modification of the game client, since a violation on a shared account can put every user of that account at risk of a Steam or publisher ban. If the client's checks flag your session, we may temporarily or permanently suspend your access while we investigate, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Violating this Agreement may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your access without a refund, depending on the severity and history of the violation, at Ghost Games' reasonable discretion.
