These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ghost Games platform, including this website, the desktop client launcher, and any related services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Ghost Games provides access to a curated game catalog through two models: Ghost Pass, a one-time payment granting time-limited access to the full catalog, and individual game purchases granting lifetime access to a single title. Access is provided through Steam accounts owned and managed by Ghost Games, not by you. We do not sell, transfer, or share ownership of those Steam accounts, of Steam itself, or of the games available through them — you are purchasing time-limited or lifetime access, not a Steam account or a copy of a game.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including fraudulent use, chargebacks made in bad faith, attempts to bypass the desktop client's session restrictions, or unauthorized credential sharing.
Access granted through Ghost Games is personal and non-transferable. Reselling, sublicensing, gifting, or sharing your Ghost Games account or the Steam account credentials it grants access to is prohibited. Attempting to bypass the desktop client's anti-fraud measures, security checks, or single-session restriction, or using cheats, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software while playing, is prohibited and may result in suspension.
Because access is provided through Steam accounts we own and manage, your access is also subject to Steam's own terms of service and to the policies of the publishers of each game. Ghost Games is not responsible for, and cannot guarantee against, actions taken by Steam or a publisher against a shared account (including suspension, VAC bans, or removal of a title from the catalog) that are not caused by Ghost Games. We will make reasonable efforts to restore or replace affected access where the disruption is outside your control, but we do not guarantee an outcome in every case.
Some games published by Rockstar Games, Electronic Arts (EA), or Ubisoft require you to manually sign in with additional credentials inside the game itself (separate from your Ghost Games account and your Steam account). Games with Denuvo protection may instead impose a daily device-activation limit: if that limit is reached, you may need to wait 24 hours or more before you can sign in for the first time; once you sign in successfully, later play sessions run offline and don't require waiting or signing in again — just launching the game. These requirements are set by the game's publisher, not Ghost Games. When they apply, the desktop client tells you in advance along with the steps required. You acknowledge that these restrictions may affect your immediate ability to play, and you agree to follow the provided instructions to avoid being logged out, losing save data, or other inconvenience caused by the publisher.
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice; a price change does not affect a purchase already completed. Payments are processed through third-party providers — Stripe for card payments, NOWPayments for cryptocurrency. Ghost Games never receives or stores your full card number, card verification code, or cryptocurrency wallet private keys.
Ghost Games does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service, of the desktop client, or of any particular game in the catalog. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service or in applicable law. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
